CONTROL OF PROPERTY...

Players owning any property on the board are responsible for monitoring their properties for collection of rent from other occupying players. If a player lands on a property and the property owner fails to notice this, the player may “freeload” depending on their integrity.

Rent may not be charged following the next throw of the dice.
