Banker
One player shall act as the banker and will control all the money
and assets in possession of the bank. The banker will also handle
all bank transactions with other players. The banker shall maintain
his/her personal funds and properties separate from the bank.

Back to How to Play Menu
The Bank
The Bank owns
and controls all money, properties, and assets in its possession. It
collects all Court and Doctor Fees, penalties levied by the His/Her
cards, as well as any other cost described in these cards.
The Bank may purchase assets from any other player at their request.
Properties are sold back to the Bank as half of the original value.
The Bank may also purchase pieces of clothing offered by individual
players. Each individual piece of clothing is worth $50.
Properties bought back from the Bank go back up for sale on the
board. Sold clothing may not be purchased back from the Bank, once
the transaction has completed, for the duration of the game.
The Bank may not receive services in lieu of money, nor may it
collect rent on any properties in its possession.

Assets
Assets are described as any property that a player rightfully owns, such as properties on the board, as well as any personal clothing items they may be wearing.

Buying & Selling
Upon
landing on any unclaimed property on the board, a player may
purchase that property from the Bank at its listed buy price.
Properties may be sold between players at any cost; however, this is
at the discretion of the owner of such property.
Upon purchasing a property, the Title Deed for that property will be
exchanged for the cost of the property. All buying transactions must
be accomplished during a player’s turn; however, any player may sell
their owned property or assets at any time during the game.

Players
owning any property on the board may collect rent from any player
that lands on their property during the course of the game. Rental
cost is denoted on the property as well as on the Title Deed for
that property.
Occupying players may also barter with the owner of a property in
agreed upon services. Property owners accept services from players
in lieu of rent at their own discretion.

Back to How to Play Menu
Services
Services are described as any action that an occupying player performs for a property owner, upon verbal agreement, in lieu of paying rent. The performance of any service performed in the game may not exceed 1 minute, unless agreed upon by all players.
Upon
landing on any “Draw a Card” space, the player will draw 1 “His”
or “Hers” card from the board according to his/her specific
gender.
The His and Hers cards contain various penalties, directives,
surprises, games, contests, property taxes, and various questions
about sexuality, specific to one’s gender. When a player draws a
card, they will read the card out loud to all the players, and carry
out any given instructions on the card.
Contest cards will be judged by all mentioned players. Once the
player has completed the task assigned on the card, the card is
returned to the bottom of its specific deck on the board, and the
game continues

Wild Fantasy Cards
There are 10 Wild Fantasy cards divided into 5 each for each separate gender pile. Upon drawing a Wild Fantasy card, the player has the opportunity to use his or her imagination and use that card for whatever is desired based on the discretion of all players.

Players
owning any property on the board are responsible for monitoring
their properties for collection of rent from other occupying
players. If a player lands on a property and the property owner
fails to notice this, the player may “freeload” depending on
their integrity.
Rent may not be charged following the next throw of the dice.

Playing The Game
All
players place exotic tokens at the START.
All players roll the die once. The player who rolls closest to 1
begins the game. Order of die throw is clockwise. Upon throwing the
die, the player moves their token the number of spaces indicated by
the die.
Players will
remain on the occupied space until their following turn, unless
chosen to move to any other space on the board by any other player.
All players must complete a full travel around the board prior to
purchasing any property. Players landing upon any unclaimed property
following their first go around may purchase that property from the
Bank for the amount specified as the Buy price. Players landing upon
Draw a Card spaces must draw a card from their specific pile.
All transactions must be accomplished during a player’s turn.
Players performing services must be allocated at least a full 1
minute prior to the next throw of the die. Players may utilize the
undressing cards in lieu of removing ones own clothing if they
choose.
Players losing all of their assets are considered bankrupt and
become non players.
Players
landing upon the “Court House” space, based on the throw of
the die, shall pay a $50 fine. The Bank will collect this money. If
a player is directed to proceed to the Court House by a His or Hers
card, the player shall only pay the fine imposed by the card.
In both cases, if the player chooses not to pay the fine, or does
not have sufficient funds available to pay the imposed fine, that
player will be held up in Court, and will lose their next turn.

Other
Board Spaces
Players
landing upon the “Remove one item of clothing” space shall be
given a choice to remove one piece of clothing or pay $50 to the
Bank. Any removed clothing will be become the property of the Bank
until the game is over.
Players landing on the “Get back one item of clothing from the
Bank” space shall be given the opportunity to retrieve one item
of their clothing back from the Bank.
This is the only way a player may get back any clothing from the Bank until the end of the game. If a player who has not given up any clothing lands on this space, it will be considered a free space.
Players landing on the “Happy Birthday” space will be given $50 from each player in the game. If any player does not have sufficient funds to pay, he or she will give a Birthday gift in “services”. Following distribution of money to the players, all remaining money is placed into the banker’s tray. Players landing upon the “Doctor’s Office” will pay an office fee of $50 to the Bank.
Players receiving the “Lotto” card space shall receive a $100 prize from the Bank. Players landing on the "XXX Movie House" will pay 10 times the roll of the dice to the bank.
Note: The XXX Movie House pays 10x not 3x.

Adult
Enjoyment
This party game was created to foster risqué adult fun! Imagination is the key! Players may adjust the level of play depending on their specific sex desires. Use of additional props and toys to enhance game play is highly encourage, but are at all the players’ discretion.
Another suggestion is players can ad-lib different scenarios on the game board. For example, upon landing on the “Liquor and Smoke Shop“, player is entitled to one shot of alcohol or beverage of their choice.
Another example would be to mix up the His and Her cards for more variety. Players should discuss the “house rules” prior to playing.
This sex game can be enhanced by individual imagination. It is important to note that some players may be more risqué than others.
The owner of the game, or designated “head of household”, takes responsibility in choosing players to participate in the game. If any player is uncomfortable performing any action or receiving any specific service, they should immediately ask to stop and that call should be respected. Obviously, “No” means “No.”
