COURT HOUSE...

Players landing upon the “Court House” space, based on the throw of the die, shall pay a $50 fine. The Bank will collect this money. If a player is directed to proceed to the Court House by a His or Hers card, the player shall only pay the fine imposed by the card.

In both cases, if the player chooses not to pay the fine, or does not have sufficient funds available to pay the imposed fine, that player will be held up in Court, and will lose their next turn.
